ModerateProbably the island's most famous levada. You walk down from Rabaçal and follow the channel through the Laurisilva forest to a pool fed by dozens of small springs.
Along the way a short, almost flat detour leads to the Risco waterfall. Go early: it's a very popular walk and parking at Rabaçal fills up fast.
