It goes through the Túnel do Cavalo, also called Furado Novo, about 800 m long and cut between 1863 and 1877 to carry water from the 25 Fontes to Calheta, and ends at the Casa do Rabaçal.
The tunnel is about 800 m long, so bring a torch.
